Whether it’s residential or commercial, every final space is centered on bringing out the absolute best of what you’ve got—pairing bold ideas with real-world skill to actually make them happen. 

Superpowers:  

 ~Might have X-Ray Vision (a.k.a. sees your layout problems from space)
~Can design it and build it—because dreams deserve follow-through
~Turns “that’ll never work” into “watch me” 

Weaknesses:  

 ~ Decisions, Decisions....when making the call, she requires a moment of silence to think.

~Will fight a bad plan like it kicked her cat.
~Sometimes “direct” is an understatement. 

Mark is the  quintessential  

Chief O.T.T.

What's that?  "Over the Top"

With an unwavering commitment to making every moment an event, he keeps everyone on there toes to ensure scheduling and teams are working to make designs a reality.

Mark's primary focus is keeping the build team and trade partners focused on the details and crossing the finish line.  

Superpowers:  

~Everything's on the Menu!

~Is more excited about your space then you are!

~Calm confidence that let's you know you're in the right hands.  

Weaknesses:  

~Won't accept No for an answer

~Doesn't believe in Weaknesses.

Daniel, our Jack-of-all-Trades, is exactly that!  With a lifetime of experience and the meticulous skills to make magic out of materials, you can be sure the final product is one of a kind!  

Superpowers:  

~Custom Everything.

~If we dream it, he can build it.  

~Mastery in  "make it work" solutions.

Weaknesses:  

~Must eat lunch at the same time every day or cannot continue.

~Answers every question with a "no" the first time.  (but, a "yes" after third attempt.  :)) * assuming he's had lunch

 Amy, our Project Party Planner, keeps the whole party moving — coordination, permits, people, paperwork,logistics, subs, supplies, project progress and closeouts. 

 In addition, Amy is the Princess of Permits—wrangling city and county approvals like it’s a full-time Pokémon quest: tracking down every form, stamp, signature, and sign-off until she’s collected the whole set. 

Superpowers:  

~ Turns red tape into green lights.
~Can out-wait, out-track, and out-organize any loose end. 

Weaknesses:  

~ If you dodge her call, she will have an annoying habit of circling back… with charm, of course. 

~ Occasional bursts of theatrical exasperation — hands in the air, big sigh… while calmly executing tasks like it’s a spa day. 

 Candy, our Office Ninja and GoGetter, is exactly that! She’s the behind-the-scenes do-it-all who keeps everything moving—handling payroll, accounting, and job cost tracking while also keeping job sites organized and stocked. Need materials picked up, deliveries coordinated, or a last-minute supply run that keeps the day on track? Candy’s on it. She’s integral to our success because she connects the details to the big picture and makes sure the work in the field has what it needs to get done right. 

 Meet our Space Cadets, our in-house individuals behind every build.   It’s a playful name for serious talent: the men and women who work hands-on in your space, coordinating every step, smoothing every finish, and making sure what we design is exactly what you get—beautifully built, expertly installed, and ready for takeoff.  

They’re a group of multi-skilled team members consisting of makers, installers, doers, and problem solvers who take designs from concept to completion, crafting and installing the details that bring your project to life. 

 Our select group of specialty contracting professionals (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, Concrete, Pools, and more); and Draftsmen, Architects, and Engineers have been vetted and personally selected as top in their field. 

We’ve curated these relationships over many years, and they prioritize our needs to ensure our clients’ projects are elevated. They’re dependable, consistently do an excellent job from start to finish, and are licensed, insured, and highly experienced.
