At Lynx Projex, we believe that design should be fun and a reflection of the client's personality and lifestyle. Our philosophy is centered around how a person moves about in their space (or for commercial spaces, how the guest or consumer is best served).  As builders and creatives, the use and function are as equally as important as the aesthetic.  

Lynx Projex specializes in turnkey projects.  We design, remodel and construct residential and outdoor spaces such as homes, townhomes, and condos. We also work with commercial clients to design and construct interior office spaces, salons, restaurants, and retail stores.

First, a big thank you for allowing us to review your project and provide our ideas!  We're honored to be considered and value the opportunity!  Our process starts with a site visit to discuss the details of your project and develop a plan to best suit your needs within the boundaries on your space or spaces.  We do pride ourselves on coloring outside the lines and finding unique solutions to design and space challenges. After the initial consultation, if you're interested in moving forward, we return to take measurements and fine tune the project.  We take those details and provide a customized Scope of Work, Timeline, & Budget Proposal for review, adjustments, and approvals.  

You'll be receiving design boards from us with potential selections based upon our talks and your desires.  We will guide you to ensure a cohesive design and realistic expectations -- no worries about creativity, we're not afraid to give you the basic plan and the OTT plan (over-the-top) for you to decide on your comfort level and budget! :) 

We will be providing you a budget proposal based upon the overall scope of work and the determinations from our consultations, however, those are estimates that may adjust (up or down) based upon actual costs of materials, you selections, and construction.   You will be provided every detail and costs to make your decision.  

Unlike other contractors, we leave certain items as a "carve out" and do not upcharge for your appliances for residential renovations.  

Construction Drawings by draftsmen and Permit costs are also passed along at actual cost.  

Designer only services are charged on a per hour basis.
